Paul Ingram is the Kravis Professor of Business at the Columbia Business School, and Faculty Director of the Columbia Advanced Management Program, Columbia’s flagship residential program for senior executives from around the globe. His research has been published in more than sixty articles, book chapters and books. His publications have received numerous distinctions, including Gould Prize, and best paper awards in the areas of Organization and Management Theory, and Collective Behavior and Social Movements. Ingram’s current research examines the intersection between values, culture and social networks. At the Columbia Business School, Paul has received the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence, won the Commitment to Excellence Award, voted by graduating EMBA students five times, and thrice been chosen by graduating EMBA students to deliver the keynote speech at their commencement ceremony. He has consulted on issues of organizational design and strategy to leading companies in the finance, health care, insurance, energy, and consumer products industries. Paul was born in Canada to immigrant parents and was the first in his family to attend college.
Robert Hogan, Ph.D., president of Hogan Assessment Systems, is an international authority on personality assessment, leadership, and organizational effectiveness. He was McFarlin Professor and Chair of the Department of Psychology at the University of Tulsa for 14 years. Prior to that, he was Professor of Psychology and Social Relations at The Johns Hopkins University. He received his Ph. D. from the University of California, Berkeley, specializing in personality assessment.
Dr. Hogan is the author of more than 300 journal articles, chapters and books. He is widely credited with demonstrating how careful attention to personality factors can influence organizational effectiveness in a variety of areas — ranging from organizational climate and leadership to selection and effective team performance.
Suzanne began her career at a big four management consultancy firm working with clients in multiple industries in London and across Europe. She then moved to the Bay Area consulting at Hi-Tech companies and discovered her passion for Diversity & Inclusion and the next chapter of her career. She is currently the Chief Diversity Officer at Splunk.
A dynamic diversity and inclusion leader she has a passion for sourcing, engaging and developing talent to drive a culture of performance. She believes that future organizations will only be successful if they are able to include, harness and unleash the power of diverse teams.
Suzanne is Scottish, her husband is Nigerian, her 3 kids Sophia(13), Eva(10), Keir(6) are from California. She likes to work out, travel and go shopping ….although she is more skilled at the latter!
Tracy Steinwand is a proud Sandwich Artist and lead the team that saw SUBWAY® become the largest Quick Service Restaurant chain in Australia and New Zealand before relocating to the Global Headquarters in Connecticut where she now leads the Global Field Performance, Operations and L&D teams. She and the team is focused on the transformation of their Training programs for the 44,000 restaurants in over 110 countries which make up the Subway® brand. Tracy has worked with brands on both sides of the equator and has a unique understanding of the Quick Service Restaurant and retail industries. She is a passionate believer in the franchising business model and is a recognized specialist in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
Tracy has a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management in Sydney, Australia, a Bachelors degree from the University of Victoria in Canada.
Dr. Wendy Robison is a Learning and Development leader with over 15 years of experience in talent development, strategic planning, complex project management, and research. For more than a decade, Dr. Robison has managed teams in multiple industries, including technology and education. She uses data and research-based approaches to design and deliver global programs in leadership and management development, employee engagement, organizational development, and change management.
Throughout her career, Wendy has worked for private and public companies, government, and non-profit organizations in the U.S., Africa, and Central Asia. Wendy has a B.A. from the University of Virginia and a Masters and Doctorate from Harvard University.
